A Crash down Course for Relaxation

Every life can be funny and relaxing if you find your way. And every person has the ability to reach that stage. 

Sometimes we just forget about it.

Or we are in a hurry that we miss those subtle elements of our life. What if we can just get into the right track and get a grip of it! Then you need to come with me. 

I found a very slow path but interesting. Some people are already moving in that slow path and they really liked the journey. There are no big hurdles. Just you need to have a few committed hours. 

That’s all.

Just imagine you have 365 days in a year, that means 24 hours per day which in total 8760 hours in a year at least! That’s a lot! Can you give me just 12 hours of that?

Or is that too much for you? If you say it is too much then you are moving towards Moon where you are going to run out of your fuel and even may reach a burn out! And if you don’t find a refill station return journey is difficult.

This slow down road journey can be exciting too! We will break the journey every two and half hours, and take a rest for a few days, may be a few weeks, or even a month. We will have thus five short journeys. Let us go SLOW, so that we can really enjoy! 

But what you have with you after the journey is a unique experience.

In summary The Slow Down Challenge road consists of  five sessions of 2.5 hours dealing with five basic senses (Taste, smell, Touch, hearing, Sight) one by one and linking it to the five universal elements (Water, Air, Earth(matter), Fire, Space (ether)

 by getting better informed about it, through mutual connection, experiments, exercises, fun, breathing techniques and meditation which in result teaches you to protect yourselves from stress and burnout and help you to lead a relaxed and happier life even in the middle of chaos!

It is time for human beings to leave the Earth!

It is time for human beings to leave the Earth!

The Earth came into existence because of certain equilibrium in the universe. And the Earth is one of the finest point of that equilibrium.  No religion can claim its origin with the support of their gods. Everything in the universe has its order and things happen as it evolves. And the things go wrong when that order is damaged or the equilibrium is compromised with our avaricious exploitation of the universe. It is better to become part of the universe and move with its flow.

Human beings tried to take upper hand and wanted to protect their gods because they believe that their god has no power, their god needed the support of their believers!  And the human beings are brainwashed naturally and forcefully in the process of evolution in such way that their gods wouldn’t survive if they don’t fight for them. As a result, chaos emerged in the world. The power, position and wealth played their vital roles in this process.  And now the very purpose of human beings on earth, to be part of the perfection of the Earth, turned out to be the one and only disaster.

Since human beings are the result of a universal equilibrium, basically they have good qualities in them, such as, peace, sharing etc. But unfortunately, the religions, divert their goodness into competitions, power and wealth. Competition in the sense, who is more strong, whose religion is right, whose god is right etc. And all the social system and political system is corrupted by the influence of these religious dominance.  And thus, a wrong humanity is evolving.  This wrong humanity is grown in to such an extent that the correction of it is getting impossible. And it is creating a wrong energy in this universe. And that energy is growing.

 

There is a very limited number of human beings on this earth with good energy which is in tune with the universal equilibrium. But it is not strong enough to defend itself.  It will be like, when a little candle that is lit survives when there is an explosion of an atom bomb nearby. Yes, we all know that it is an impossibility!   So, as for me, if the universal equilibrium should continue to exist, we human beings should depart from the Earth. Don’t ask me, where? Just leave! Or decide to make a change within yourselves.

Let us just live, and let others to live on this earth with equal rights. It is not that you have all the rights and the other has none. That is not the concept of equilibrium. And that cannot bring Peace.  Religion is not a right.  You can believe, but not in religions, and not it gods, and not even in politics. Believe in yourselves, believe in every human beings around you, believe in every creature in the universe, believe in the equilibrium of the universe, where there is the energy of peace and order. That energy of peace and order, that is where, you too must take your part.  If you can’t do that as a human being, it is time to leave the Earth!

There are no refugees

No one in this world is born as a refugee. And there are no refugees in the world. We are all human beings. 

If anyone is labeling you as a refugee, there is a hidden motive behind it. It can be political, it can be religious, it can be economical, it can be social or it can be racial. And you will never know until you become the victim of it. 

The term refugee and the refugee situation is created with a purpose. So, don’t let you fall into the trap of getting that label on you. 

Be human and stand for your rights as a human being. If someone call you a refugee, they forget that they too are taking a refuge on this Earth. They themselves, also have the same right as you have.

We are all just human beings. I am not above you just as you are not above me. We are equally human beings. Where did we loose our humanity? Where are we going to go without humanity? 

It is your choice to be a human. And that is what and where you belong. And if you don’t want to be human beings with love, kindness and compassion, then what is the purpose of your life?

Climate Change Issues

 

A  world once lush, now feels the strain,

Of human touch and endless gain,

The forests falls, the deserts creep,

The price we pay is far from cheap.

In skies once clear, the smoke unfurls,

A grim reminder to all the worlds,

The polar caps, they slowly weep,

Their frozen dreams, the sun does steep.

The oceans warm, their levels rise,

Encroaching shores before our eyes,

The coral reefs, with colours fade, 

In silent depths, their graves are laid.

The creatures from changing lands,

Their futures held in fragile hands,

Extinction's call, a whispered dread,

a habitats turn cold and dead.

The storms that rage with fiercer might,

The droughts that parch, the floods that blight,

These signs of change we can't ignore,

A planet pushed beyond its core.

Yet in this dark, a light can grow,

Through actions kind, and wisdom's glow,

If we unite, if we engage, 

we can rewrite this sorrowed page.

For every tree, for every stream,

For every child's hopeful dream, 

Let us rise to meet this crucial call, 

A fight for Earth, for one and all.

The Climate Change

 

In the fields where once the green did grow,

Now barren, scorched, with dust winds blow,

The rivers shrunk, their waters thin,

The earth cries out, a silent din.

The ice that crowned the mountains high,

Now drips away beneath the sky,

And oceans rise and coasts retreat,

As heart's relentless fierce heartbeat.

The forests thick, where wild things roam,

Now spark and blaze, and lose their home,

With smoke that chokes the azure blue,

A world transformed and we, too.

The creatures small, the mighty great,

All share this fragile fleeting fate,

As balance tips, and tempests roar,

Nature's wrath we can't ignore.

Yet in our hands, a power lies,

To heal the earth beneath these skies,

With choices made, with steps we take,

A future bright, anew we make.

So let us turn, with hearts aligned,

To mend the world for all mankind,

Death

Death is the transitional point from bondage to freedom. Death is the other side of your being. There is nothing to be scared about it. It is a point where your physical body ignores itself completely and embrace the pure consciousness. And there is absolutely no entanglement.
