A Crash down Course for Relaxation



Every life can be funny and relaxing if you find your way. And every person has the ability to reach that stage. 


Sometimes we just forget about it.



Or we are in a hurry that we miss those subtle elements of our life. What if we can just get into the right track and get a grip of it! Then you need to come with me. 

I found a very slow path but interesting. Some people are already moving in that slow path and they really liked the journey. There are no big hurdles. Just you need to have a few committed hours. 

That’s all.



Just imagine you have 365 days in a year, that means 24 hours per day which in total 8760 hours in a year at least! That’s a lot! Can you give me just 12 hours of that?



Or is that too much for you? If you say it is too much then you are moving towards Moon where you are going to run out of your fuel and even may reach a burn out! And if you don’t find a refill station return journey is difficult.


If you are willing to spare 12 hours of 8760 hours of a year in your life, that is less than 0.14% of your time in a year,  then you can go for a short journey with me where you will find sources of energy to continue your journey of life at ease. You might have traveled to many places where you never had been. And it was always exciting. Right? 

This slow down road journey can be exciting too! We will break the journey every two and half hours, and take a rest for a few days, may be a few weeks, or even a month. We will have thus five short journeys. Let us go SLOW, so that we can really enjoy! 

But what you have with you after the journey is a unique experience.

In summary The Slow Down Challenge road consists of  five sessions of 2.5 hours dealing with five basic senses (Taste, smell, Touch, hearing, Sight) one by one and linking it to the five universal elements (Water, Air, Earth(matter), Fire, Space (ether)


 by getting better informed about it, through mutual connection, experiments, exercises, fun, breathing techniques and meditation which in result teaches you to protect yourselves from stress and burnout and help you to lead a relaxed and happier life even in the middle of chaos!
